#SelfCare is extremely to your health. I don’t just mean getting your hair done or pedi’s and mani’s. I’m talking about truly caring for yourself. Spending time to reflect about things close to your heart, taking time to enjoy silence, making changes in your life that you have placed on the back burner, and getting to know the real you.
I write a lot and consider it part of my self care regimen. It frees me! It gives me and outlet and the ability to express myself in creative way. Not to mention, it is very relaxing.

I am an extroverted introvert. However, if I have something that needs to be heard I have no problem expressing myself. Over time, I’ve learned when to keep my mouth shut and just let the universe work. This is especially true when matters of the heart are involved. #deneledbiggs #theunspoken #poetry #author #speaker

When you are free, you won’t recognize the person you were before. I can’t fathom being the old me and am so grateful for God’s grace and mercy. It was only the creator who was able to make that change.
Think about you in your present from and you from the past. How have you changed? Was it for the better?
Every once in a while a good purge is needed. Get rid of all that is currently holding you down or is not needed. This can include material possessions, people, negativity, etc. You will feel so much better once it’s gone.
